To be renewed next summer, I.FAST project’s yearly student challenge explored environmental and societal applications of accelerator technology.

This unique online course gives students an overview of particle accelerators, their uses, as well as basic notions of electromagnetism, special relativity, radiofrequencies and magnetism.

In summer 2022, the EU-funded I.FAST project will challenge students to find new and innovative societal applications for accelerators.
